Reservation procedures and policies
Rates Add 14% sales and tourism tax. Daily rates are based on a three night minimum stay wich is required for an advance reservation. Efficiencies may have a minimum seven nights for the month of July and August - starting on Saturday or Sunday. Prices apply to reservations made prior May 1 and are subject to change without notice thereafter. Rates and Specials do not apply to groups , conventions and special events. Reservations are not accepted on Internet. Please call before mailing in your deposit. All rooms are non-smoking. All violators will be subject to minimum of $100 cleaning charge, plus damages that may occur.
Deposit apply to the last day of your reservation. Alterations and changes on arrival and departure dates will result in loss of deposit. No penalty for adding extra days. Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable. Misrepresentation will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of reservation. Personal checks are accepted as advance deposit and must be received 30 days prior to check in date. No refund on early departures.
